When eleven people have similar dreams of being called by God to a specific quest, it cannot be ignored. God had shown them a small, remote village in the country of Paraguay that had been attacked by a much larger tribe that had been terrorizing the smaller surrounding villages for generations. This barbaric tribe was led by a powerful witchdoctor. His sole purpose for attacking was to sacrifice the infant children of any of his captives as a burnt offering to the tribe’s demonic gods. One young mother had prayed to her favorite god, a god of distant memory, hoping He would listen to her prayers and save the life of her son. God heard her prayers and instructed her
in what she must do. God spoke to the people of the quest in a dream and told them, “The fullness of time has arrived.” Eleven people were called to be God’s army to bring the good news of the Gospel and the hope of God to those in the jungles
of northeastern Paraguay. Bekah, Josh, Ted and Renato have traveled from Ogunquit, Maine to a village where God has directed them. Sherry, Daniel, Edwardo and Connie who
are residents of that village have also had similar dreams from God. During their time in this small village, revival breaks out and as days pass, almost the entire village hears and receives the gospel. While God is working out His plan, Satan has not been idle. The village shaman and a few others have
taken a stand against God’s plan. There is also an outside element. The Black Death, a radical Islamic group in a camp nearby, brings trouble to the village.
Despite this interference, God has a plan, and it will come to pass. Follow the story of the people of the quest and their preparations to go forth in the power and might of the one, true God. The path isn’t easy. There are many pitfalls along the way. There are times when their faith seems insurmountable,
and others when doubt and discouragement dog their way. Through it all God makes His presence known to them in powerful ways.
